Eric Kao : co-founder
UC Berkeley, MS, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. National Chiao-Tung University, BS, Electrical Engineering. Eric’s rich experience in Silicon Valley and Taiwan includes positions at Mentor Graphics and Cadence. In Taiwan, Eric was an executive vice president of a private equity corporation, Asia Pacific Investments. Eric was the CEO of Xander International Corp, the channel arm of VIA. He currently serves as the chairman of Memoright Corporation, a subsidiary of the HTC Coropartion. He contributes his expertise not only in the IC design and software fields but also in venture capital; furthermore, Eric’s strong guanxi within the Formosa Plastics Group adds considerable value.
